what album are you really into right now

Matthew Dear - Asa Breed
Strategy - Future Rock
Minus The Bear - Planet of Ice
Super Chron Flight Brothers - Emergency Powers
Clark - Turning Dragon

The whole Brazilian Beats collection (6 cds), from which I've been making a nice party compilation - as a few of the tracks are mediocre, but there are some gems in there too.

I revisited Clark's 'Body Riddle' many times this past week – breaks my heart and elevates me in equal measure. Can't wait to see him live next week

I'd never heard (of) them 'til 15 minutes ago; then I heard a track of theirs played on the radio, followed a few minutes later by your post. -Is this just some freaky coincidence, or what?... :hmm:

Good stuff, anyway.

Heh

Need to sort my tix for their gig at the Jazz Cafe!

I mostly listen to Amy Nuttall - Best Days at the moment. She has a new one out though, I should download it.

Leroy Smart - Super Star (Third World)
Open The Gate (Lee Perry Black Ark box set on Trojan)
Mr Rock Steady - Ken Boothe (Studio 1)

I dug out Exit planet dust by the Chemical brothers the other day and had forgotten how wicked it was. It kicks the shit out of most dance/electronic music being made today.

Having a Dutch Prog week with "In and Out of Focus" by Focus. Also enjoying looking at the head-fucking sleeve design while playing it (as it's vinyl I can get the full effect!).
