I preferred the old single season long thread where you could discuss topics such as Gilles Deleuze to how to dye cornflower pink. In those days if you wanted to talk about football, you could go to the Jamie Wyatt forum and everyone knew where they stood. Now every tangent is a new thread which has its own parameters – it felt so much more free back then.
