Same guy I think. Short, stocky, dreads and beard. I've always known him as BMX Boy.

I think it's a woman. The added full-on face covering is a new addition, although the camo coat has been worn for ever!

I did wonder if it was a new look for the 'white woman' but I recall her being quite a bit larger.

He's a one man racism show on wheels! (although, apparently, harmless).

I've always thought him harmless, but never been sure. He used to hang out on a small patch of Acre Lane, many years ago, but then took to storming around the market ranting about the white man.

I last saw her about 5 years ago!

She used to come to our house to take her meds...er...over 15 years ago.
