I understand completely. The CSA makes sure that you're paying your ex's maintenance, instead of the rest of us. It's your child, and you clearly can afford to pay, so the rest of us shouldn't have to. That part is working fine. The question of access is completely separate, and should be no business of the CSA or whatever system is set up to replace it.

No, you quite clearly don't understand. There are two people being supported here, the parent and the child. I'm quite happy to support the child (ignoring the complex business of access - which you for some reason feel able to disregard). Why should I support the parent?
