Wayne Rooney - cnut

Iam said:
In fairness, despite what the scoreline ended up, it's not looking like a runaway 3-0 stuffing (at the moment). Not that that'll be much consolation, but it's a while since we've had an easy one against you.

Yeah, but we had Richard Wright in goal and he really is shite...

Beaten twice at his near post.

Please give us Howard permanently... (AF today said he might take him back :()

Agree, but I actually think he shouldn't have promised to stay for 5 years then demand to move 2 months later.

Even so, if he'd fucked off to Barca, you'd have forgotten him pretty much by now. It's like yr ex turning up at your house with her new fella who you always hated and being all over him. It's not the fact she's got a new bloke as such, but the way she's behaving is totally insensative to your feelings and you wonder - why the fuck did you ever have those feelings in the first place for such a hurtful and vindictive individual....

and everyone says, 'oh well, she was good in bed, so you should forgive her cos you're actually not as good in bed as she is, god what's your problem' and ignores the fact the spiteful and malicious cow is turning up at your house deliberately...

 HELP I'VE TURNED INTO NICK HORNBY!!!

*shoots self*

Richard Wright, he's fucking shite
Off to the blues, he's fucking poos...

Just made that up but it isnt far off tbh, the lads shite. Htf he ended up at the library is beyond me....

Yeah, just seen the Evra shot go through his legs. Ooops.

I don't think Howard ever really settled at United, but my Evertonian mate tells me he's looked quite decent for you guys so far. Not sure what the plans are long term, we've got Kuzack (which'll probably end up perm), who's looked quite good and Foster, who's one for the future I expect. I wonder if Ferguson thinks to rotate Howard and Kuzack when Van der Saar retires, with Foster backing up.

Yeah, something like that, except when she leaves you realise it was her that was making you shit in bed and you're actually a sex god. Or something.

Foster is the business in my view. He'll be no1 in two years max.

Howard should be our no 1 priority permanent signing. ASAP. I'd pay £3 mill if it was up to me.

If you're right (and you may well be), I can't see Howard wanting to be a #3... or fighting it out for a backup spot, so perhaps noname will get his wish with that £3m bid.

Probably not soon enough, though, I'd imagine...

could we cease all this talk of shagging Wayne Rooney please? It's making me feel queasy.

it was and I am.

I read this as shit in the bed. What does that say?

We should get a guardian column - called 'this football life' or something. It would be better than Russell Brand's anyways.

When Patrick Berger left liverpool, it was like losing a bar of chocolate that had split a bit and covered itself in fluff, but underneath, you knew it would taste nice, if only you could be arsed taking the wrapper off properly and finding something to scrape the crap off with but really, is it worth the effort, when you could just buy another equally good (but fluff free) chocolate bar from any newsagent for about 39p?

They pay people loads for stuff like that. I'm bloody wasted I tell ye.

God JTG, didn't you know that football is just a metaphor for our emotions now - all new men like football

I'm sensing issues :(

Rooney is scum, no doubt about it. However, EFC should concentrate on our own team, & priorities, capitalising on opportunities (like we didn't tonight), regrouping, bringing on Victor Anichebe & James Vaughan, qualifying for UEFA Cup (at least) this season, and ultimately rubbing Shrek's nose in it by achieving ourselves. We have to move beyond the trash that is Rooney.

I'm just gasping over here with how good it gets....

I am a comedy genius with rapier like wit.

Tonight we tried to come up with the best pun-tastic headline for the Johnstones Paint Trophy

I won hands down with 'Emulsional night for Rovers'

Agree. Incidentally, everything I've heard suggests that JV is rated far far higher than Victor - who's had the attention this season because he was superb pre-season like Shrek was when he first appeared.

If he hadn't been injured, I think JV would be starting nowadays.

We need to sell Beattie for as much as we can get in Jan (2/3 mill)

Hadn't caught up with anything about this match, but I've learnt a lot from this thread's objective descriptions :D

Agree about Rooney really, anyway. He was a cunt for doing that, at least  :(

Nah, he's just misunderstood William, honest :D

When Rhys Day moved back to City after his loan finished, it was like noticing that you had run out of stamps months after it happened cos they aren't really very useful these days, then realising that you could actually just email the letter you wanted to send anyway.

This is fun.
