Wales v Slovakia

Being 'fucking shit' is nothing to do with points and goals as all proper fans know. It's to do with being 'fucking shit' because we said so, OK? :p

Anyway, we beat Boston yesterday so we can't be fucking shit.

So ner ;)

Well anyone beating cheating criminal Boscum is OK by me.:)

Well it's more than you managed the other week so we're happy to do it for you :p

Six points away from the play offs! Stand aside, we're coming through!

(I'm not really this deluded by the way) :(

A bit early in the season to be clinging to 'we might just scrape into the playoffs' isn't it?

(Didn't Wales have a game or something yesterday btw? :p )

Better than looking down and seeing four points to the relegation zone

I thought this was the Division Four thread?

And this isn't an attempt (though a poor one with low quality material) at childish gloating.
It was in response to your childish gloating, silly boy.

It's all about chronology. You start, I'll finish.

Or rather, Wales make arses of themselves on the pitch, you wade in here to gloat and then England duly oblige with a king sized fuck up of their own.

:D

Except I don't support England, and have made that point on many occasions on this very forum.

So I've got two things to laugh about. England and Wales fans should be very embarrassed.

Easily amused, aren't you?

You were amused by England's fuck up, but I can't be.

And yes, Paul Jones made me laugh yesterday. Wales fans being tetchy at their capitulation and claiming that they were beaten by a major force in world football is funny.

Did I say beaten? Sorry, I'm one for understatements at the moment.

Who said that?

Oh, you mean 'who said slovakia were a major force'.

Well several Welsh fans I know. Some others say they are a 'quality side'.

Some excuses. It must hurt at the moment to realise that all that progress over the last few years means you're no nearer to qualifying for a major tournament still.

Who on here said Slovakia are a major force in world football? I think all Wales fans have acknowledged that Paul Jones was godawful. I think some Welsh fans have even seen the comedy element in his display. But you can't honestly expect us to be overjoyed at losing 1-5 can you?

And I don't remember any gloating from Wales the last time we played Scotland.

No-one on here, I was just remarking on it. On here, people have just called them a 'Quality side' which is nearly as laughable.

Hmmmnn.. it just seems a bit petty taking the piss out of Wales, I mean we've never claimed to be a great force in world football have we? Unless maybe you've got some erm, "Welsh friends" who say we are. Aren't most Everton fans from North Wales or is that a myth?

On the plus side for Welsh team, at least nobody turned up to watch it.

The UK's best stadium. What a waste.

Wouldn't quite say jealous, but to build a stadium like that, in a city centre, on-time and under budget is superb. Makes those behind the Wembley fiasco a laughing stock.

It looks shit empty though.

My point dear fellow, is that for the first home game of a qualifying campaign you'd expect more than a smattering of fans. Maybe the Welsh just aren't patriotic, I don't know.
