If you go to the Dell website you can enter your laptop tag number in and see all drivers for that system - should certainly there the built in camera ones there.
Do you have a thumb/finger print scanner on yours? I had problems with these on some Dells and they constantly show up as a random, generic, uninstalled device in the hardware list....

I tried doing the same on a mate's Packard Bell laptop and no drivers for XP exist at all, so had to put Vista back on - crap really!![]()
