That's the kind of TV the have in hell - A Riker trouser-tent in extreme slo-mo, taking up an entire episode.

Why DOES the first officer/XO stay on the bridge with the captain so much? shouldn't he be elsewhere doing his job I.E acting Captain when the captain is at the helm![]()
We're fortunate that there's only a small amount of Wesley

Everyone looks well bothered about abandoning ship there![]()
Has any real-world vehicle or dwelling EVER been built with an actual self-destruct button?
Let's hope that it actually ejects then...Not sure about a button, but Stealth fighters are programmed to destroy themselves once the pilot has ejected I think.
Or it doesn't eject you late.Let's hope that it actually ejects then...
Picard doesn't trust Riker to fly the ship.

A proper classic TNG this afternoon. The elixer of youth one where that crabby old admiral spends most of the episode mugging off Riker and Picard. He gets young and then dies negotiating a hostage situation. Solid stuff, even though the death was massive gorgonzola. Started to watch voyager but lost interest because I'm beggining to think Voyager is a bag of arse
