That looks great. I made Felicity's perfect pumpkin pie at the weekend and enjoyed it a lot more than I expected (was really just doing it as a Halloween novelty).

My lasagne recipe is peppers, onions, mushrooms. courgettes and garlic roasted (or fried if I'm rushed for time). Whilst roasting, reduce a tin of (blended) tomatoes with some basil and wilt some spinach. Mix spinach with cottage cheese and mix veg with tomato sauce.
Add a layer of tomatoes, grated cheese, pasta, spinach, pasta and cover with bechamel. Bake adding grated cheese on top for the last 15 mins
