Ok so basically all I did was cook half an onion finely chopped and finely chopped garlic four cloves of until soft and then added tinned tomatoes which I chopped finely and some tomato puree and good vegetable stock and brown lentils which were cooked and I simmmered it, then added basil and oregano and ground some black peppercorns into it and simmered it some more while whisking some besciamella sauce which was like 50g butter 50g flour but thats approximate cos I didn't actually weigh it, plus the milk, so then I whisked that and I put some boiling water on the lasagna sheets to soften them a bit although I probably didn't need to, so then I put a sheet of the pasta in the dish then a layer of tomato sauce then a layer of besciamella then a sprinkle of parmesan, then repeat, then layer of paster, finishing with a layer of besciamella and topped with parmesan. I baked this for about forty minutes inside the oven which was turned up to gas mark 5 and served with some green beans, and oh man I don't even know why it was so bloody tasty because it is just a basic recipe with nothing out of the ordinary added but it bloody was nice and now I'm still hungry but I don't want to eat anything because I don't want to overwrite the aftertaste of the lasagna
