Veggie chili recipe please!

i have on in my cranks bible, but i can't find it online, but there are some nice looking recipes if you google it - the one on bbc good food looks nice.
black beans are different to black eyed beans btw - commonly used in south american food
 
No tomatoes and no (beefy) stock sounds like a disappointing chilli

I reckon your best hope is dried beans - the soaking liquid will add a little colour and extra flavour. 'Traditional' Texmex style chilli should be a cuminy meaty blend cooked slowly into a reassuring thick sauce imo. I prefer my veggie chilli to be lighter, cleaner mix of coriander, chillis and and black beans with that in mind
