Just in case you havery misunderstood -I don't do a 12 hour shift 5x a week -4 at the most, usually 3 and sometime two so I always have at least 3 days off a week, but not always together.
Quorn ham is easy (and now vegan). Bit of chutney or cranberry if still feeling festive. Hellman's do a vegan mayo which tastes exactly the same as the non-vegan one. Or take a tub of hummus.Tomorrow is the fateful day when i head to Morrisons to pick up the Vegan essentials... milk and butter subtitutes..
I am still figuring out sandwiches for work... I want something dead easy, which doesn't require 15minutes of preparation... which is what you get from the google.
Tartex pate in tubes used to be nice but it sure if they still make itTomorrow is the fateful day when i head to Morrisons to pick up the Vegan essentials... milk and butter subtitutes..

There must be some kind of vegan savoury paste or pate that you can use for sarnies with salad. Hummus and grated carrot is always a winner for me and there are different flavoured hummuses around. Hummus and grated beetroot is nice as well.
Shop bought felafel and salad in a pitta.

They do but I can't stand it now.Tartex pate in tubes used to be nice but it sure if they still make it

Yeah, I tried a tube earlier this year and hated it. Used to love it as a teenager. They do but I can't stand it now.
Maybe we have higher expectations now and more choice - I used to love it on toast. Might give it a miss now.Yeah, I tried a tube earlier this year and hated it. Used to love it as a teenager.

I prefer the tartex ones, I normally stock up when back in Liverpool (can't seem to find it here anymore) garlic herb one is nice. I got this nifty little tool free donkeys ago when I first bought tartex. Excellent if you like to get the last drop of toothpaste as wellGranovita do a pate as well. I prefer to get it in little tins rather than those tubes, much easier to use it up.
Pink peppercorn one is tasty!

This site sells some of their stuff - no idea how the price compares with the high street though.I prefer the tartex ones, I normally stock up when back in Liverpool (can't seem to find it here anymore) garlic herb one is nice.

Pesto excellent for sandwiches.
I think you might be surprised. Soy milk is fairly common.I have navigated my first few cups of tea with soya milk - fine actually, suprised at how little difference.
Next obstacle is coffee in local cafes... assume I will have to have it black, as can't imagine one of them doing anything but milk.
You’d be surprised how many do non dairy milk, its only the greasy spoons that don’t IMEI have navigated my first few cups of tea with soya milk - fine actually, suprised at how little difference.

You can make lovely vegan pancakes using oats as the base. I've posted about this before.same here, but with oat milk
MrsA is currently knocking up some vegan pancakes, made w/mashed banana instead of egg and almond milk instead of cow milk
Lots of cafes do a alternative as pinkmonkey says
