not heard of soya flour before - maybe try holland & barratts or your local healthfood store? if it's any use, i've got a vegan choccie torte recipe?
250g digestive/granola biscuits
300g dark chocolate
250ml soya cream
2 or 3 capfuls rum
-Powder the biscits, mix with 100g melted chocolate, and press into shallow dish (8" or so). refrigerate.
-Melt the other 299g of chcolate. Stir in the cream and rum, and pour on top of the base. Refrigerate overnight.
*To temper chocolate, melt about 3/4, remove from heat, and stir in the remaining quarter until fully melted.
not sure there's any actual baking involved though...
