Van brands (A campervan thread spin-off)

Another thumbs up for Adrian Flux, they insured my 200sx very reasonably when Elephant said they couldn't cover it due to all the modifications.

well yes and no....

iveco is 62 % fiat 48% ford... owned... but all the designs are ford based... ie the daily is in fact the transit (or rather the new shape transit is infact the daily as the simply merged the two models... there being only the sightest cosmetic changes between them ...like the renualt master and that vauxell van and the fiat van ...)

Leaving aside the fact that it adds up to 110% :D ... The Iveco is a RWD and the Tranny is a FWD no?

I can't see much similarity between the two to be honest.

Me too - normal insurers only allow 2 modifications, which in some cases can be as innocuous as changing the alloys, but Adrian Flux insured me for the Golf with all it's mods.

Their motorhome insurance is supposed to be excellent, although we don't have it on our VW - we have the classic vehicle Agreed Valuation one.

Don't forget when insuring a motorhome to get cover for the contents, too. All those things you leave in it really add up if they're nicked.

Don't worry mate, longdog had to laugh at his own joke.

Your delivery was much more subtle so it would only be spotted by the more discerning poster.:)
