a couple of nice posters ive seen from bands ive never heard of ive seeked out to have a listen to.. probably so i can justify whether or not to like the poster too much
 
i love old skool style US posters, some of the artists sucha as forbes and kozik did a couple for UK bands, but it's mostly a U.S thing. I did an a-level art project on them all.
something that always confused me is that they are often feature trippy colours and patterns, yet the poster would be for the misfits or queens of the stone age, hardly ur pyshedelic bands.

also round us lots of the D'n'B and hip-hop have nice modern graphics style posters. not the same as old school screen printed posters tho.
