28 years and he's in his 60s so that's probation when he's 80 harsh but fair mostly harsh though and justifiably harsh .
I wonder if he will run into any prisoners who were actually guilty he put away

Even if he doesn't, I reckon a bent judge will have an interesting time of it in the big house.

especially as he was taking money to put people inside which you have to admit is a new slant on corruption.
