I do think that Capello has the players' feet firmly on the floor. He doesn't give a fuck what the media think or say and has his mind focused purely on the job. He isn't dazzled by Beckham's star as Eriksson was, dazzled by his own star as Hoddle was, or a good honest man totally out of his depth as Keegan, Taylor and MacLaren were.

My head says that it is possible for England to win the World Cup, but there are other sides much more likely to do so (at the moment, Spain definitely appear to be the team to beat).

watched the Peru game with a few Argies, and even when they were 1 up for most of the second half they were slagging them off. Gabi Heinze seemed to get a lot of the abuse.
