Right, have stopped all direct debits and put a five pound monthly standing order on instead.

Will write to them now to tell them of my executive decision (by which time they get this letter, the Standing Order will have been paid anyway and it would cost them to refund me, and look really bad to a court!! Thanks CCCS people and Urban people!)
