Which is lucky, cos then he phoned the crisis loan people - just to see what was going on - and they had refused the loan!
And they didn't even bother to tell us!
The cunts!
He's tried to call back too, just to find out why it was turned down (just for our records like!) and they gave him the number of the crisis loans decision maker for Brighton....which is a mobile, which is turned off! It says we can send a text though, so maybe we should! LOL!
Anyway, I suspect heo will take rather a lot of pleasure in going and informing the bloke at the Job Centre of the news, in person......
Housing benefit's won't be paid now for another two weeks, but at least it'll be relatively straightforward to sort out.
I'm so fucking relieved!
Oh and waterloowelshy?

as i said before. you are such a charmer. i agree that the situation isnt ideal and watching that bbc documentary the other night about homless families and the failings of housing / jsa benfits was truly heartbreaking. there are clearly problems with the system. my intial post was merely asking whether your previous flouting of rules etc would have had an impact on the way your case was dealt with. so fingers back up to you! i am glad things are sorted for you though.

....said something about it going off to 'some other place' for them to assess....meanwhile we have £80 child tax credit going into the bank tommorrow (but £50 0f that will be swallowed up on bills) but no money going in on Thursday....in fact nothing till the next £80 next Tuesday.
