Likewise - I'm moving house on Wednesday* so will be perfecting my selection over next weekend.

* Don't worry if you've got me in the swap - I'll be picking up post from the old place so it's cool to send it there.

I've been listening to mine today on the way to work and it's got too much late 70's stuff so I may do a bonus cd for 2 lucky Brixton residents ! Printers run out of ink as well so covers may not be up to the standard I want them to be :(

As a taster my cd's include songs such as

Crass - Shaved Women
David Bowie - Ashes to Ashes
Kraftwerk - The Model

and many more !

mine have just been burnt. not as eclectic as i would like given access to my complete collection, but still i'd like to think the recipients will have fun. no fancy covers though, i'm afraid.

Damncus... my external hardrive has just died on me along with my music. Frantically trying to recover the songs for my cd. Apologies to my recipients if its a bit late. :(

tommers - are they off various compilations (like the Trojan boxsets) or have you got original albums? I've got most but not all of those tunes - would you be interested in some burning & swapping action? :)

I might just tell them anyway :)

I quite like the idea of somebody just getting a random cd plop through their door... but would also like to know who to thank for mine....

I think we should tell.

Although... if you put a track listing up then people'll know anyway.

It IS nice to try and guess who sent it! But also a bit frustrating if you can't and want to put choons to a poster..

Here's mine:

Marvin Gaye - 'Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler)'
Kanye West - 'Addiction'
Amadou Et Mariam - 'Mon Amour, Ma Cherie'
Esthero - 'OG Bitch'
Fort Knox Five - 'The Brazilian Hipster'
Cam ft. Anggun - 'Summer In Paris'
Jean Grae - 'Keep Living'
Van Morrison - 'Redwood Tree'
The Only Ones - 'Another Girl, Another World'
Robots In Disguise - 'DJ's Got A Gun'
Gil Scott Heron - 'Lady Day & John Coltrane'
Qalo Mota - 'Heartbeat'
A:Xus - 'When I Fall In Love (Stryke's Blue Vocal Techsture)'
Decal - 'Roadkill'
Bill Bailey - 'Cockney Medley'

liking the look of yours Boogie Boy, hope i'm that someone. ;)

I should be sending mine out before the weekend. I was going to try and be clever and do songs that were about the weather, or had weather-words in the title, but that turned out to be a shit mix. So I'm going to go for random :)

God I hope I'm not on your list.
*trembles*

Hmmm...I have a good idea who one of my recepients is, and they'll hate my cd... :(

Well, maybe hate is a pretty strong word, but I'm very sure it's not their musical taste at all. I'll remember to post the tracklisting tomorrow, and I'll stick the CD's in the post too, tomorrow.

Maybe we could have an urburn swap shop once people have rec'd their CD? ;) Or would people be massively offended?
