UrBurn 6 - Are you an UrBurnite?

Ok, got home to a little red card from the Post Office asking me to collect a package addressed to a "Mr Biller" and bring identification.

May prove tricky :D

So if the person who just posted out to SE24 gets his package back, PM me!

If you take something to prove you live at that address eg. a utility bill they should let you have it !

Can you "as Mr Biller" sign the card and nominal your real life alter ego to go and pick it up. Always worked for me.

 what was then? I would have to say that the siletnkiller vs tek infection tune on there is even heavier - count yourelf lucky i didnt include any limewax or titanzero :D

lucky? i love it naaarsty. i play evol intent to warm up! heh, kam gave me a copy of his urburn and it had ultraviolence on it! i think dr. furface put something particularly ugly on his urburn too.

Lateral thinking, I like it. :D

Cheers TheLostProphet by the way, yep it was too big for the letter box, probably on account of it being a three cd set and all ;) , I'll let you know how I get on with my identity fraud at the post office after the weekend.

I have an apology too...Nipsla, I got your CD, but I said in an earlier post it was from Hiccup. :o My bad.

Your CD was ace though. It had Elbob on it whom I'm a big fan off, but it also reminded me how grand Sugar are. Hurrah! for being forced to listen to proper music with guitars and that, and not yoots going on about the daily urban struggle. Or something.

In conclusion. Thanks! It was ace!

Glad you enjoyed. Elbow are nang and guitars are generally

Nipsla, I enjoyed the Mahoosive CD. Thanks. Especially enjoyed the fact that someone else (otehr than me) likes Son & Daughters, and I loved the (smog) tune. I also really appreciated hearing Walk Unafraid again for the first time in a while, I think it's a great song.[/QUOTE=perplexis]

Glad you also enjoyed. Sons & Daughters are the nuts - saw them live 3 times last year and they are ridiculpusly underrated (can't understand how Coldplay/Keane can be nominated for the Mercury and they are overlooked  )

Walk Unafraid is a great song - always puts a spring in my step. I've gone off REM a bit over the years but "Up" is a really great album.

:)

Finally listening to Dynamicbaddog's URburn VII- Wicked!
Bring the oldskool pressure!
Really enjoying the variety and stomping basslines.
Oi Oi! Makes me wanna go out dancing :D
:)

E2A: just got to something that sounds like Casetteboy! Excellent.
And some great hip-hop. Ace!
Did you put up a tracklist somewhere? Could you? Please :)

E2A some more: AND some Johnny Cooper Clarke to finish! That's the only track I've been able to ID properly :o
What eclecticism!

and yet i still don';t know who got either of mine.

Well, I picked up a rather spanking-looking one of yours from my old house yesterday so massive thanks for that, it looks the bee's pyjamas (or something). I shall be perusing over the weekend. Also the sleeve notes were

winston smith - I am a little obsessed with "Riot Van"

(I wish it were a little longer so I didn't have to hit repeat as often)
:D

Massive apologies to my recipients after my initial faffing around I had my cds all burnt, boxed, sealed and stamped ready to post two weeks ago, went on holiday and came back last night only to find them sitting on the side in the kitchen unposted :o :o To make matters worse I forgot them again when I left for work this morning.

They are definitely going in the letter box as soon as I get home, promise.

There was also a nice envelope with three shiny cds enclosed sitting on the mat when I came in, I think from bristle-krs. Cheers matey, I'll be giving them a listen this week. Still not recieved the other one, but I guess I really can't complain...

Glad you liked it - the tracklisting - sorry but I wrote everything i burned down then went and lost the bit of paper :o :o I'll get back to you on that one as soon as it turns up

Can I be removed from the name and shame please? I sent mine on time, and at least one was received. I'm assuming the Oxford one wasn't, but I've not heard anything about it.

Yup, I'm really evil, what with sending out cd's to people and posting up mp3's of obscure and occasionally rare material......selfish bastard and musical snob that I am.

BB:rolleyes: :D
