Urburn 13 - Let's Get Twisted

twister

may be some time
alriiiighty then

I'm not sure whether Urburn 12 happened or not but who cares. Fresh start n all that..

The rules/set-up for those that aren't aware of how this works:

1) If you want to take part you must send me a pm by midday Saturday 31st January 09 with an address (and some sort of name) that you're happy for CDs to be sent to.

2) Once everyone who wants to participate has done that I'll send out 2 names and addresses to each person (by Saturday 7th February 09)

3) Everyone needs to make 2 CD compilations of their choosing to send to their 2 chosen people (start this whenever).

4) Once you have addresses send your CDs and wait for the 2 CDs to be sent to you - All CDs should be sent and received by Saturday 28th February 09. Naming and shaming of those that don't will be posted on Urban and future banning will be considered.

What you send is completely up to you, have a theme, make a cover, make a dj mix, go to town. Can all CDs at the very least have playlists.

Get sending those PMs people.

You've only said it twice.

You're so masterful.

I run a tight unit here. You fall behind you're left behind. :hmm:

Ok, I'm in. Sorry but I live in Australia so it maybe a tiny bit more pricey to send a CD. Is that going to be a problem?

I don't really see a problem as long as those who have to send you CDs only have to pay for standard airmail/surface mail. Paying any more (signed for, etc) is up to them.

Any objections?

Has it normally been kept to the UK in the past? I didn't think it had..

No. i haven't done this for ages but I got one from the States before.
My reaction to which caused some ill feeling iirc
misinterpreted, don't you know, dreadful business all round

strongly considering reentering the fray tho'

I've posted to Australia in an Urburn before - a cd isn't exactly heavy and I don't recall that it cost very much at all...

I'm in again though - PM on the way.

Well, actually you've got til Saturday but I'd thought I'd give you some musical inspiration. I've got my first track nailed. :D
