Urburn 11 - Is it time?

Okay, sorry for the delay in getting the things out. Bluestreak - send me new pms with details and you are in. Swarfega - can you please clear your inbox to facilitate the reception of your victims! Tufty - the cds will be sent to the address that you originally supplied - and could you please clear your inbox to facilitate reception for your victims!

If you are willing to send out a third cd to a third address then please pm me to let me know, due to odd numbers and the draw for this I need volunteers to help! Please only volunteer if you are able to actually do this!

I got my PM :D I might have to change my CD because I've got someone I had last time and the CD is fairly similar in feel so I might go for a different mood with it now ( or just do extra cd's ) :D

Done mine...one already gone out today...hand delivered on the way to the park so I hope other residents of the flats dont snaffle it (and that I put it through the right door, be nice if recipient can confirm they got it. Whoever it is has a very small letterbox as well...only just got a cd through it. for some reason I was in an old school house music mood so people get bonus old house cd :-)

Cool, dont worry about not liking the old house music...I was just having a nostalgic sunny saturday - hopefully there's lots to enjoy on the main disc as its pretty eclectic...Do you actually get much post...the postbox is very small.:D

It is the smallest postbox ever :D

I'm amazed the postman can get stuff in it to be honest !

I'll give the house CD a try it's not my favourite kind of music but there are a few house songs I don't mind so it could be an eye opener for me :D
 
I'm having trouble putting the cd together :(

Too much to go on, and no actual order :mad: I need mixtape serenity :)
 
I'm doing crap with my cd's . Just can't get them right , I'll put ina n extra cd or something to make up for my tardiness . I think the missus is going away this weekend so I'll get it done then if I can inspire myself :D
 
I keep trying to mix mine. But I'm shite, and I've discovered that it takes more talent than I have to mix from dubstep to minimal techno to acid to synthpop to indie rock to gabber... :o
May give up on the mix and just send some tunes! :D

yeah i've done the last 5 or so. just haven't been on urban as much of late so missed this thread.

Okay Peeps,

I hope that you are all sending out cds, and if not, you SHOULD be in the process of completing your cds to send out. I also want to ask peeps (if they are prepared to send out a third cd) to pm me as there is a rather special Urbanite who needs some stuff sent to them and I really can't cover the gap as I have done on previous Urbans.

Let me know asap?

Termite Man, that's prob mine.

It was done in Ableton, I've never used the program before, or done any kind of mixing, so excuse the shoddy bits (it's not quite foolproof I suppose).
