I didn't vote this year - bit underwhelmed by most things I've heard. Expect Swans or Seaford Mods will win. Meh.

Eh, totally disagree. For me this year it was really hard to get a top 20, there's a whole load of stuff which was almost as good as the stuff that made the cutoff.

I agree, my next ten were all damned good, and any of the ten after that could have got in in a weaker year. It's not been the best, with ten albums any of which could be Number 1, but it's been pretty darned good.

Yeah I've long been a fan of Mr Kozelek and have caned previous Sun Kil Moon albums to death. I've not got on with Benji though - I'm generally rather partial to a spot of melancholy but this goes too far! I've not managed to get more than half way through without having to leap off the sofa shouting OK OK ENOUGH!

Completely changed my view on Benji - I'm now loving it Been caning it to death over the festive period...
