I seem to remember that Discharge played at the Redstar a while back. Since then, it seems to be housey-mousey/dance music? Is this the case? Is Redstar primarily a dance venue?
I'm hiding a selfish agenda - Redstar is on the bus route from my place, so it'd be great if there was a venue in sarf lundin which put on non-DJ/decks stuff.

lightsoutlondon said:Righty-oh. So it isn't that the venue itself won't put on punk/garage/guitar stuff? It's down to someone promoting a night or band and guaranteeing the venue a certain £$£$?
