if you're fit and able to work and are offered a job then you should fucking take it, be it 15p or 1p over what you would be getting on benefits.

does it ever occur to you that the people who are paying for you sitting on your arse and being choosy about where you want to work are the very people earning such a living.

stop feeling sorry for yourself and being a scrounger. like i said, take anything thats offered, earn your own money instead of taking handouts. while you're doing that you can be out looking for something better.

to all those who think that people should be working if they can get the minimum wage for 40hours per week regularly, unless you're living at home and fed and watered by a kind mum, you will have to pay four own medical prescription, transport to work, full council tax, rent, additional expenses associated with being out for lunch and not at home, etc, etc. it won't be easy and you'll hardly be better off. it's easy to be judgmental on the matter, the practicalities are different and I won't blame anybody for not bothering in the circumstances, plus think, some people reach an age where employers are not so keen to employ people and prefer younger, more energetic youngsters who can be moulded to their needs.
