What's it about?

It starts as a romantic comedy and then takes a sharp left turn into apocalyptic thriller. A clever screenplay, based on a domino effect of escalating disaster , a great soundtrack by Tangerine Dream, typically blueish night cinematography of the period and all the horrendous 80's fashions you could wish for (Mare Winninghams outfits ) I think Miracle Mile is one of the most underrated films of the 80's.
