We have the fire on virtually every night all year round to heat the water. After a few days of cold the other week it's gone very nice again. Fire doesn't go on til 8/9pm.
Our bedroom window is always open unless it's raining heavily and the wind is blowing the 'wrong' way ie the window sill is soaked
Tbh gg if you are cold in Brizzle there's either summat up with the weather or yourself

Weekdays I get home after a day's work and a vigorous 30 minute cycle ride, take off my sweaty tee shirt and sit at the keyboard with the window open until bedtime.
I'm fine now after cycling into town and back earlier.
