Didn't get that impression as the acquisition of Iraq was about to unfold in 2003; 60,000 US military personnel actually en-route to Turkish ports for the second front, many already waiting offshore of Iskenderun, and the Turkish Parliament said bollocks to $6 billion bribe and the US had to reroute.

I'd think that was a fart and a half.
