well with most night busses you'd wait half an hour MAX (i think the nightbus service is great)

The tube opening one hour later on Saturday morning is going to badly effect people travelling early to Heathrow Airport. They will have to either get the Heathrow Express train which is very expensive compared to the tube, the National Express bus service or a taxi/minicab. However if you live in say north or east London to get to the Heathrow Express at Paddington or the National Express service at Victoria you effectively have to get the tube which of course wont be running!
