'Trying' to make a doctors appointment

Fortunately, as I predicted many years ago, the EMIS system in use by my surgery allows both appointment booking and obtaining repeat prescriptions which is bloody marvelous. This system runs in tandem with the annoying telephone procedures which have been well documented upthread. I hope that eventually all PCTs instruct their GP practices to adopt this route.

Insist on seeing somebody that day, ask about the "practice nurse" usually you can get in to see these quacktioners and undoubtably your issue is beyond their scope of practice.......................they then have to go and get a proper medically trained person (doctor) to see you. Heh presto sameday appointment with Doctor

A private GP practice has opened up in Cardiff and im thinking of having a look- Im fed up of the Crap treatment and excuses given by my docs and their staff- shit i cant afford it, but im already havin to pay for private dental treatmnt becuase of the poor standard of care they have shown my daughter and now she is still suffering with her nasal passage and the docs are reticent to refer her......WANKERS----labour that is not GP's!!!!!!
