I agree - the film just makes it a triple pun, but I think that's more of a happy coincidence than a direct reference. Although the film doesn't directly addreess the question of whether people with learning difficulties have as much right to a relationship as the rest of us, it makes its opinion on that very very clear - the title is just part of the overall challenge to lazy thinking about these things.
The contents make it clear what is intended by the title, which is why I think it's a bit odd to think about complaining without even bothering to watch it. Political correctness gone mad!
