you need to wear it with confidence and you'll be cool mate - if people can tell you feel like a bit of a tit in it then you'll look like one. It looks good - contrast the above image with a mental one of how fiery jack would look in it

i like the skirt. you must wear it with pride, with arrogance.
also, those crutches add somethign to the ensemble; they are less walking aid, more accessory. they pick up the grey pattern in your skirt making the look an overall winner.

Good look, be better with para boots, but possibly with a delicate leg trainers are a better bet. It does open up a whole new world of shoe dilemmas.

Looks great but you need some better boots. From the top of your head down to the bottom of your calves you look great but the boots, practical though I'm sure they are, don't finish it all off nicely.

I thought that, but then realised most boots probably come up too high for the brace. Once that's off, though, and he gets his engineer boots back on, I might wolf whistle him.

my engineer boots do fit with the brace but my foot is still a bit swollen so they're not too comfortable at the moment

Yeah, I actually posted about a pair off Luftwaffe flying boots as they have a zip from sole to top, they're lined with sheepskin and have a good thick sole but then remembered that they would be too high for the brace and edited them out. Durr.

Also, after checking them out, they're as rare as hens teeth these days and cost about £300 if you can find them. Nice boots though.

You have very good point but I think that if they were unzipped all the way down then they'd look like slippers with very big flaps, which isn't a bad look but after being in hospital for ages I would think he's had enough of slippers. Then if you zip them up a bit the flaps might hit the brace and that's not good.

Ah well.

The kilt looks really good - not ostentatious at all and will still look good when the brace is off too.
