With the question of Sharia Law within the English & UK Legal System being prevelent at the moment, the position taken by some Islamic groups, the disaster of having liberal positions on such subjects and the debacle of RESPECT I think it is very relevent.

The thread from what I see is about Trotwatch; a magazine and now blogg site taking the piss and showing the disasterous behaviour and policies of what Anarchists would call the Authoritarian Left.

Articles like that published and still on the websites of their organisation; the only one I can find on the subject from that/those organisations (correct me if I'm wrong) highlight such ludicrusy

Arguing that the time the article was written is a bit tenuous as age of consent was equalised with heterosexuality not much afterwards, if it was the 1960's/70's may have a point. This was written in 1987.
