When we were in full lock down any interesting sounds would get us up to the window. Listening to the birds in the trees would be one thing. I've never found sparrows so interesting before.

My point was that 14 litres a week is a lot of drinking... not that I can say much.

Pretty standard in UK terms to grab a 4 pack of cans from bargain booze most nights... maybe it's a tradesman thing. Maybe society has grown up. Bloke in the flat next to us clears 24 bottles of kingfisher A NIGHT which even I would say is excessive...

How big are the bottles? Kingfisher is hard to find here except in 1 litre bottles.

It does seem rather a lot. He's filled 6 recycle boxes to the brim since Tuesday. Today is Friday. Not my place to comment really, I just don't know how he can afford it.


Eta: back on topic. Comparing my neighbours drinking habits with my own to make myself feel better! We're not even on lockdown here anymore, I should get a job really....

Fit a long bit of hose into it and when you see a bird use it, blow.
