Tiramasu has coffe and booze in it. The booze is Marsala wine.

The name Tiramasu means 'Pick me up' due to the coffee and booze.

Wrong.

Zabaglione is a 'custard' type mixture using egg yolkes cooked over a bowl of boiling water not simply cream and marscapone mixed together.

back to the tiramisu/booze issue - i e-mailed an italian colleague of mine who does loads of cooking and homebaking and stuff to ask if tiramisu has alcohol in. his reply is below

It should have some liquor but often they put only flavouring
