train ticket question...

this works too if you have a zone 1-6 travel card, you can get a ticket from the zone 6 boundary to wherever you're going. I've got a zone 6 boundary to Sheffield ticket before.

I don't think this is true, even technically speaking. The only requirement is possibly that the train stops in B. You don't actually have to get out.
 
Hey Elliot I have have done similar before. The slavvering grinn of the ticket inspector turns to dismay when you pull out a travelcard as well. :D
