After seeing his exhibition at the Hayward, I'd give Gormley the whole square to play with.

I have to say, that Hayward exhibition was my cultural highlight of 2007, from the figures placed on the buildings to the wavey rubber floors...fucking superb

Either Anish Kapoor's mirrors as I like the thought of them reflecting the sky or Anthony Gormley's idea as I'd love to stand up there!
