Erith Town Hall, caught in the car park after breaking in and destroying some of their files, long running dispute over duplicate HB claims none of which were mine but were in my name.I got my file under the data protection act, eventually, included such things as an internal memo stating "he will see what he is allowed to see".Tried over a long period of time to sort this out but the local police said that it was a civil matter, leader of the Council ignored my advice that beside my own problems the council seems to have internal problems and ignored my e-mails (Sir Ian Clement),so i got a bit pissed and took the law into my own hands.Result 15 Months in Belmarsh, can't go within mile and a quarter of the Town Hall or contact staff.I had evidence of my allegations on me when i was arrested but despite my requests and instructions they were never put forward.As i was never given this paperwork back i can only assume it was "lost" by the Authorities.
The occupants of the Town Hall are the councils agents Capita, need i say more.
