Tour de France 2020

Ah, OK. My maths is off then :D

But somehow he's in green so procyclingstats must have been wrong!
Meanwhile he's sat at the back of the breakaway doing absolutely no work, nor is his team mate.
I so hope someone gets green instead of him. Bora would be better off saving everything for Manny Buchmann's GC hopes but I guess sunglasses need to be sold.
Rant over.
Off to find coverage of Brussels Cycling Classic.

Jesus, Wiggims looks like the bass player out of Idles or some kinda punk metal band these days. Must have got fed up of listening to Weller.

I do have a rather nice Hansgrohe tap in my kitchen. Or maybe it's Bora

I was referring to Sagan's personal sunglasses sponsor. Remember when any time he podiumed a couple of years ago he has big massive ski goggles around his neck? It's all about the glasses payday.
Btw it's Bora but they have a different name in the UK.

Huggy Bear would love Sagan's new glasses

Bravo ITV for being on an ad break when Alaphilippe attacked.

Good luck with that. I turned over for a while yesterday and soon turned back to ES. Kirby might be an idiot at times but he's a better fact checker than Millar and the other guy.

That's why I like the GCN Racepass - no ads.

That's like going to an ad break just as a penalty is about to be taken in football. Ala was always going to attack on that climb.

On another note there really are so few riders in the peloton - even in one day races - that attack like that and can make to stick though the 2019 version of Ala would have seen him ride home solo.
Hopefully the emergence of the likes of Remco, Van Aert and vDP will shake things up and get us away from the boring days of Sagan and GVA sitting there and covering moves. And funny to see GVA put all into a sprint yesterday to get himself another 15 UCI points.

I think Sagan got some points earlier in the stage which puts him ahead.

I was wondering why Sagan was in green yesterday despite having less points than Mads Pedersen. Turned out Pedersen was wearing the white jersey yesterday and that takes precedence over green (which was something I did not know as I thought it would have been the other way around given the hype attached to the green jersey and Sagan).

Ah, right, that makes sense...
