Yes, ban it. Ban everything that slightly annoys you. Won't that make the world a much better place...

Well atleast we've got rid of all those inconsiderate fag smokers.

Guys!

Statutory Instrument 1990 No. 1020
The Public Service Vehicles (Conduct of Drivers, Inspectors, Conductors and Passengers) Regulations 1990 -

Check out Article 6.1.(L)

No passenger shall:

-play or operate any musical instrument or sound reproducing equipment to the annoyance of any person on the vehicle (  ) or in a manner which is likely to cause annoyance to any person on the vehicle; or (m) intentionally interfere with any equipment with which the vehicle is fitted.

So if any tories are on the bus, then tell the driver, - if the driver tells you to go fuck yourself, then time to phone the fuzz. Okay!

:)

I am another one who gets extremely pissed off with morons playing their dumb ringtones on the bus. I have noticed on the buses in Stoke-on-Trent that there are notices saying that playing personal stereo equipment loudly "may contravene our Conditions of Carridge", and that offenders may be asked to leave the bus, like that will ever happen. I have no problem with headphones though unless that are mega loud, still less annoying than mobile phone speakers (which make me want to take a sledgehammer to the offending phone, or wish I was in possession of small, directional EMP pulse emitter), but still, can't be doing the person's ears much good...

I don't mind the tinny hiss of someone's i-Pod - you can't really hear it when the train is moving. It's the sodding shitty music full blast through a mono mobile phone speaker that pisses me off.

word
