Serious question: why don't women like the Fall?

This may have once been the case, but over the last 5 years or so there's been a notable increase in the female audience at gigs. Probably 70/30, which isn't that unusual.

Fall are the only band whose songs i never skip to the next one.

I don't know much of the Fall at all.

But I came across Bonkers In Phoenix, and it's one of my very favourite songs ever. Amazing. I love it.

Their other stuff that I've listened to has been a bit repetitive and dull to my ears (although musically accomplished), so if someone can point me towards more stuff like Bonkers that'd be grand.

It sounds brilliant doesn't it. I can see some annoying times ahead for Mrs Eejit as I'm planning to buy it on release day. She's not a fan.

I've listened to it three times now and it's getting better each time. Best album I've heard them do since as far back as 'Code: Selfish'. I thought the last album was pretty good but this is a good few notches up from that. I'd like to go and see them live again. It's been years since I thought that.
