We are planning to meet friends from out of London in Tooting - veggies and carnivores. We normally do Jaffna House and Sarvanna Bharvan but want more of a restaurant experience that is licensed. I like the idea of Sri Lankan or south Indian (I mourn the kastoori). Any recommendations would be appreciated - thanks

My daughter is visiting a friend in Tooting. Friend is at work today. What is the cool thing a 22-year-old would like to see in Tooting?

(So I can text her some recs and appear to be happening and connected).

Apollo Bannana Leaf, Sri Lankan food, BYOB. Dawat is outstanding too, Pakistani food, you can't drink alcohol in there though.
