Tony Blair Pulls the Plug on Kyoto at Clinton Summit

Bt we still vote for the name, not the elector.

Try to keep up?

Didn't you vote in the last election?

Who did you vote for the elector or kerry?

Because of the convoluted, byzantine and arcane nature of registering, I did not vote...and I wouldn't have voted for Kerry anyway.

You're still wrong btw, you vote for an elector who votes for you...otherwise what would be the point of the electoral college? I noticed that you didn't deal with my point about the popular vote...I wonder why?

?

Thats what you call asking people to register in person?

Let me see if i have theis correct, you didn't vote, but you have the nerve to tell me who we vote for?

Your dead wrong, and if you voted like i did you would know this.

And the point of the elctorial college is to limit vote fraud.

Do you need that spelled out?

Your post makes no sense at all. You first sentence is irrelevant, the second is doubly so. Your third sentence merely repeats the invective of the second and the last sentence overlooks the fact that electoral fraud happens even with the electoral college.

Next, you will tell me that when the system was devised the US enjoyed 100% literacy...which would fly in the face of the real reasons behind the silly party symbols (A mule and an elephant).

You vote for bush or kerry.

You actualy put an x by their name or whatever the state requires.

Unknow electores are assigned based on how many votes they get.

That should be easy enough even for a commie. :p

A couple of things: first, you didn't deal with any of the points I raised in my post and second, you fall back on the tried and trusted 'commie' line. If I called you "fascist" everytime I replied to you, what would you think? Maybe it is true...perhaps you are a real, live, rootin' tootin' fascist. Rioght from now on, each time you chuck out the word 'commie' you get 'fascist' back...is it a deal?

I shall treat this post as another one of your standard non-replies.
