toe socks

I do some yoga x Feldenkrais hybrid exercises that you need toe socks for

The movements involve realigning your shoulders and spine through lying down, grasping your big toe with your index finger and performing a series of exercises

The socks enable you to grasp specific toes whilst retaining the capacity to slide your foot / leg along the floor without pulling the skin

Please don't try it unless you're in a class as if you do it the wrong way you can injure yourself


so, in conclusion, I think they're an essential thing but not for every day wear
