Today's Lunch

The lyrics for stand and deliver were originally going to be

"Stannn-d and deliver - your biscuits or your peas"

You know.

where's your source for that?

if you don't have a link it can't be true.

I had tuna, yellow pepper, cucumber, pickled pepper, sweetcorn, herbs, olive oil and red wine vinegar, all mixed together and shoved in a pitta. Also an apple and orange.

I had a chicken tikka pitta (idn't specify it was diet, but I checked out label and only had 8g of fat in the whole thing, sweet) and a litre of tomato juice - football fuel

I had a bowl of fresh veggie soup with a hot buttered roll and a lime and soda from the Ram pub in Bath-£2.50

i had an omelette and chips, but i only do this about once a month - it's been sweet potato and butternut squash soup all week :)

Toasted mozzarella, tomato and pesto panini, one of the finest lunchtime snacks known to humankind. And a chocolate muffin.

2 bags of crisps (walkers new healthier ones if that makes it better *clings onto hope*), jacket spud with salad, coleslaw and a little cheese, and 2 small slices of cake

and I'M SODDING STARVING

I had

Smoked mackerel with bread and butter
Potato and chickpea curry
Reeces Peanut Butter Cups :)

and I don't care. I'm possibly premenstrual or perhaps a pig.

i had a veggie burger sandwich and a medium salad from sainsbury's. no peas today im afraid! i've still got a litre of water, a banana and an apple to go thru.

I had the remains of last night's salmon curry.
I felt a bit pikey eating cold curry at work out of a plastic bowl but it was very, very delicious!

It's more the "last night's leftover curry that I can't even be arsed to heat up but am going to stink the office out with anyway" than the plastic bowl that made me feel pikey :D

Honestly, the stuff people post on the internet these days.

Not like me.

I only ever post matters of the utmost profundity and aptness, pertinent to the most telling aspects of the human condition.
