Toast

What about a couple of slices with lightly fried black pudding mashed into it topped off with some salad cream. Covers most of the main food groups and sets you up a treat :cool:

You can go for savoury, if so just add salt instead of the other goodies and eat with good thick bacon (maybe a little maple syrup). But the sweet stuff is good, believe me :)

mmm...toast...with chopped advocado, marmite and cheese on it :cool: and my advocado, marmite and cheese loving cat not around to eat it all herself...
