Toast - Rectangles vs Triangles?

4 sides or 3?

I think I might switch back to rectangles now though. It reminds me of being a youth and having my toast served up with the burned side hidden from view :D

You just wipe or lick the crumbs off

Do you ever eat donuts?

Why when you can avoid it by cutting it? :p:D

I do yes :o

Knife and fork for toast?
I eat with hands and don't cut

For cheese on toast yeh. Not for normal toast though :D

I'm still puzzling over this - how would it make any difference?

You get better angles to bite at, so get more toast per bite without getting crumbs round your mouth if you cut.

no cuts.

had to get up last night and make toast after laying in bed thinking about it for an hour and failing to get to sleep. I had the 2 end bits of a orange warburtons loaf with original flavour marmite.

Then I had some chicken dippers.

there's no such thing as round bread, country folk just made that up to troll city folk

with beans on toast i always have one slice of complete toast with the beans on (i actually quite like the bean juice soaking into the bread) and then another slice cut into triangles at the sides. these stay crispy and are used for scooping up the beans that fall off the main slice.

i love threads like this.
