Tiramisu without Coffee?

I made tiramisu AND sticky toffee pudding. And most people had both. Clearly my friends are gluttons. There is a small amount of each left. Any takers?

Heh. Last night my mates polished off a roast chicken dinner followed by a choice of apple or nutella doughnuts. I made twenty four doughnuts, thinking I'd take some to the school cake sale tomorrow. The bastards ate them all.

Your friends are gluttons? Last BBQ two guests embarked on a profiterole eating competition, one reaching fucking 18 before we had a little word - they did look entirely chocolate spangled to be fair, eyes glazed and with brown teeth.

Did you know that tiramasu is Italian for Pick me up (or literally pull me up) due to the alcohol and coffee it contains.

I was just browsing a new recipe book I bought, which has a recipe for tiramisu which contains no coffee. It then has a further recipe for 'tiramisu caffe' (or something like that) which is has espresso in it. I know it's a bit late now, but maybe I'll post up the recipe when I have a mo.
