I saw her live in about '66 or '67 as part of the Ike and Tina Turner Revue. Ike didn't show up, so I suspect they changed the format somewhat. Anyway, she did Etta James' "At Last"; just her and a piano and a bassist. Was spine tingling. I don't know if she ever recorded it, but she should have.

but i think i prefer river deep, mountain high.
 
Steel Claw. Questionable axe work by some no doubt be-bearded muso but a wholesome ideologically sound rocker nonetheless.
